Change in the recognition division
Claudia Moravek follows Kornelia Raskopp as head of the division “Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications”
From 1 July, Claudia Moravek takes over as head of Division 3.3 “Recognition of Foreign Professional Qualifications” at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). Since 2012, Moravek had been responsible in a coordinating role for setting up and developing the information portal “Recognition in Germany”.
She takes over the leadership of the division from Kornelia Raskopp who, after many years of hard work, is taking early retirement. Since 2000, the ethnologist has taken on a range of tasks within the organisation, including management roles. She was most recently responsible for the set-up and positioning of the division which, for example, brought together the portal “Recognition in Germany”, the BIBB Recognition Monitoring project and the Skills Analysis Network (NetQA). We shall very much miss her specialist knowledge, her experience and expertise as well as her appreciative and friendly nature.
