The hotline “Working and Living in Germany“ is operated by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Your call can be transferred between the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Sometimes it is not possible immediately. In this case your request and your personal data is forwarded to a member of staff. Your personal data is your name, first name, email address and telephone number. Your data is only forwarded via encrypted emails.

All statements made to the BAMF and the BA are voluntary. Your data is collected, processed and used only for the purpose of providing you with advice via the hotline. Your data is not passed on to third parties. Your data is deleted immediately after responding to your enquiry.
