The hotline “Working and Living in Germany“ is operated by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Your call can be transferred between the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Sometimes it is not possible immediately.
